Dots in Cells

Every cell contains organelles called lipid droplets. Lipid droplets have the structures that neutral fats are surrounded by a phospholipid monolayer, are involved in storage and metabolism of lipids according to specific protein in lipid droplets. It is known that the formation of lipid droplets is promoted by adding the oleic acid, is inhibited by adding the Triacsin C.br /> In this tutorial, we’ll compare positive and negative condition for the count and total area of lipid droplets by adding the oleic acid or Triacsin C.
